2. TikTok Integration
Where you choose to connect a TikTok account, you authorize Keyucc Studio to use the permissions you approve through TikTok's official authorization flow solely to provide the requested feature. You can revoke authorization through TikTok account settings at any time.
You retain responsibility for the content you upload or publish, including confirming that you have all necessary rights, permissions, music rights, commercial disclosures, and consents. You must comply with TikTok's applicable terms, community guidelines, and content-posting requirements.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, publish deceptive or harmful content, evade platform safeguards, or interfere with the security or availability of the Services or any third-party platform.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process your content only as necessary to provide the feature you request, such as preparing and submitting a publishing request to an authorized platform account.
5. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or product improvements. Third-party platforms may independently limit, change, or discontinue their APIs or services.
6. Disclaimers and Liability
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that third-party platforms will accept, publish, or preserve submitted content. To the extent permitted by law, Keyucc Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.
