1. Information collected

南京钶宇数字传媒有限公司 operates Keyu Commerce Studio, a web workspace available to creators and small businesses for preparing original videos and publishing them to their own connected TikTok accounts through Direct Post.

When you connect TikTok, we process your TikTok account identifier, display name or nickname, username, profile avatar, OAuth scopes, and authorization tokens. For Direct Post, we process creator publishing settings, privacy options, interaction availability, maximum video duration, video metadata including the selected video's name, size, type and duration, title or caption, commercial-content selections, publish ID, publishing status, timestamps, publishing error code, and error message.

2. Purpose of processing

We use this information only to connect the account you choose, retrieve current creator settings, validate a publishing request, send a video to TikTok after your explicit confirmation, display publishing status and errors, maintain security, and provide support. We do not upload a selected video before you confirm the Direct Post request or use connected-account data for unrelated purposes.

3. Storage and retention

Access and refresh tokens are stored only on the server and encrypted at rest; they never enter browser pages, URLs, logs, or review videos. We retain account and publishing records only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legitimate operational needs, or satisfy legal obligations. TikTok's upload URL is not stored. You may request deletion of applicable personal information by contacting us.

4. Sharing and third parties

We share information with third-party platforms only as required to carry out actions you explicitly authorize, such as connecting your account, retrieving creator publishing settings, or publishing a video to your profile. We may also use service providers that support hosting, security, and operations under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information.

5. Your choices and rights

You can use Disconnect in the dashboard or revoke access in TikTok. Disconnect deletes the local account binding and encrypted access and refresh tokens. Subject to applicable law, you may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information and publishing records by emailing us at dev@keyucc.top.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date.
